Leading with your pitch instead of networking intent
"I help [target audience] get [specific outcome] through [your service/product]"
Do this instead:
Focus on who you want to connect with and mutual value
"I want to connect with SaaS founders who've scaled past $1M ARR to learn about their growth strategies. I'm happy to share what I've learned about early-stage product development and community building. I also help companies with LinkedIn strategy if that's useful."
Network first, not pitch first: Your networking intentions should focus on WHO you want to connect with and WHY. There's a separate "Services Offered" section where you can list what you do. If your primary goal is lead generation rather than building genuine relationships, this platform isn't for you.
The registration takes 2-3 minutes to complete. Make sure to fill in your networking intentions clearly or your application will be rejected.
